Excercise

In addition to losing weight, I also want to make sure that I get healthier and fitter too and that is going to mean exercising. I ultimately would love to join a gym, but I want to start it off slow and easy with Wii Fit and Walking!

New month means a new challenge! I want to walk 50 miles this month and do 15 hours of Wii Fit exercise!

  • August 7th - 1.95 miles
  • August 8th - Level 1 Shred
