Overall, my ultimate goal is to lose around 175lbs (12.5 stones) which is like losing a whole overweight person!! That is a mammoth task, so I need to think of it in smaller chunks. My first big goal is to loose 100lbs before my graduation in September 2014, but I also have some smaller goals to
achieve!
